Our 12 week challenge gives you just the right mix of training elements including kickboxing and interval style weight training all designed to burn body fat and get you that toned body. 

 

We know there is no one size fits all approach to nutrition. We keep it simple but effective. No crazy crash diets, no calorie counting and most importantly no starving yourself. 

 

We work very closely with you on a weekly basis to dial in your nutrition to get you the results you have always been after, while simultaneously giving you more energy than you ever thought possible.

 

The first thing you will notice when you join Results Kickboxing is that we are not just another gym. We keep all our classes small and personal. The focus is on you and your goals. We work as a community to build each other up and elevate one another.
