I have never done kickboxing... Will I be able to do it?

A great thing about our gym and workout classes is that anyone can join. Our classes are designed to benefit the fit athlete looking to build and tone muscle or for someone who has never worked out a day in their lives.  Our coaches will work with you and guide you during each workout session to ensure you get all the benefits.

What is HIIT training?

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

How do the classes work?

All of our classes are 1 hour long. Each workout is broken into 3 main elements. The first is 8 rounds of kickboxing, where you will work up a sweat and get out all that stress. The second is our weight/conditioning portion where you will again be doing 8 rounds of training. This will be a mix of weight lifting, strongman training and cardio intervals with ropes, rowing machines and much more. The last is a body weight circuit and ab training designed to maximize your workout.

How do you measure results?

We measure results with scales, tape measure and body fat calipers so you know exactly how well your doing. This also helps your coaches to tweak your nutrition plan for best results.
