So I know a lot of you get tired of eating the same things all the time so here is a fun recipe to mix it up and still get in a great amount of protein for breakfast.
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/8 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 handful strawberries
1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
In a medium size mixing bowl mix together, mashed bananas, whisked eggs, protein, coconut, cinnamon, chopped strawberries. Stir with a wooden spoon until all ingredients mixed well.
Preheat pan on medium heat with butter or coconut oil.
Add spoonful of batter to the pan, cook for a few minutes on each side (once firm on edges it is ready to flip)
Feel free to add your favorite nut butter as a spread or enjoy it as is.
