Funky Monkey Smoothie

This is a great healthy smoothie to help recharge after a hard kickboxing workout. It also works really well in the evening to help satisfy those sweet tooth cravings. It helps to replenish glycogen levels with healthy carb sources like bananas and dates and refuel those muscles so you can get back to the gym the next day!

 

 

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 date

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp hemp hearts

 

Directions

Add all ingredients into a blended.

Blend and enjoy!
