Savory Spaghetti Squash

Here is a great recipe for those carb craving days. You can avoid the bloating that goes with pasta but keep all the delicious texture and taste. Really good evening meal or for after a workout to help replenish those glycogen levels and keep your muscles charged up for your next kickboxing workout!



1 Spaghetti squash (yellow indicates ripeness)

1 tsp Sea salt

1 tsp Black pepper

1 tbsp Olive oil



Preheat oven to 375c

Cut your Spaghetti squash in half vertically from the stem to the base. 

Scoop out the seeds inside.

Place both halves on a cookie sheet skin down.

Drizzle olive oil on top and add salt and pepper.

Bake in oven for 1 hour

Once done cooking take out and pull out the insides into (spaghetti like) strands.

Serve with your favorite sauce or on its own as a side
