There is nothing better when you are craving something sweet than a delicious healthy smoothie bowl. Not only does it satisfy your sweet tooth but you do it guilt free and don't diminish your progress in the gym!
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp crunchy nut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup of your favourite berries
1-2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
1-2 tbsp granola
1 tsp cinnamon
Add frozen berries, almond milk, protein powder and nut butter to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour in a bowl and top with berries, coconut and granola.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
