Spicy Butter Wings

We all love chicken wings right? Well what if you could make the tastiest wings that you are convinced just have to be bad for you, but when in actuality they are a fat burning powerhouse!

These spicy butter wings are just what you need when you are craving something and need that savory dish.

 

Ingredients

2 kg (2.5 lbs) of organic chicken wings. I normally use Blue Goose or Yorkshire Valley Farms as they are both readily available.

3-4 tbsp organic grass fed butter

2 tbsp Garlic powder

2 tbsp Onion powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

Hot Sauce (we normally use Franks buffalo)

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Place wings on a cookie sheet (make sure they are not frozen)

In a bowl melt 2 tbsp butter and drizzle over your wings

Sprinkle your garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper over top. Then pop in the oven for 30 – 40 minutes

Reuse your mixing bowl and melt another 1-2 tbsp of butter and mix with your hot sauce

Once the wings are done toss them in the sauce and your ready to rock and roll!

 

 

WARNING do not invite company over for these wings as you will want to eat them all yourself!
