After trying kickboxing 4 years ago, I was hooked and found my passion on the mats. I love the mental and physical challenges kickboxing puts your body through, it helped me get through the biggest hurdle of my life and learn how to channel all of my energy into the gym. After losing my dad a few years back and learning a huge contribution was lack of nutrition, I started to focus on how to live the best version of my life and know what my body needs for fuel + movement. Nutrition and keeping my body constantly moving is my top priority and I love sharing this knowledge with others to live their best lives too!
Whether you're looking for a class to learn technique, build strength, work on cardio, take some stress out of your life or just to have FUN and connect with a new community then kickboxing is going to be your fix. On my days off you'll find me exploring new waterfalls, trails, or hikes with my fur babes Reef and Kirra, checking out local farmers markets, finding new lakes to paddleboard, road tripping to the cottage or food prepping and experimenting in the kitchen for some healthy new eats!
